Magazines Banned

Bentonville, Ark.–based retail giant Wal-Mart has banned three men’s titles for being too racy. Maxim, Stuff and FHM have been permanently removed from the retailer’s magazine racks. The retailer has eliminated specific issues of magazines in the past—for example, an issue of InStyle in which actress Kate Hudson appeared nude—and the store has refused to sell music CDs with explicit lyrics.
