Fine Arts Sold
The Fine Arts Building in downtown Los Angeles was sold for $12.7 million to Beverly Hills–based Blue Real Estate Management. Architects Albert R. Walker and Percy A. Eisen designed the building at 811 W. Seventh St., as well as the nearby Oviatt Building. The Fine Arts Building first opened in 1926 and currently houses a mix of tenants, including several architecture, engineering and law firms.
