Five companies with ties to the apparel industry were among “L.A.’s Fastest Growing Private Companies,” according to the Los Angeles Business Journal. On the list: American Apparel (#12); Born Again Clothing (#31), makers of the Rily brand; Koos Manufacturing (#52); John Paul Richard (#95); and MJW Investments (#97), owners of the Gerry Building and Santee Court.
