C-Me, ASAP Named to Fast 50 List

El Monte, Calif.–based Cyber Merchants Exchange (CMe), which produces the biannual ASAP Global Sourcing Show in Las Vegas, was named to Deloitte & Touche’s Technology Fast 50 list of hot-growth companies in the Los Angeles area.

C-Me Chief Executive Officer Frank Yuan accepted the award during a presentation on Sept. 9 in Los Angeles. Deloitte & Touche singled out the company for achieving a fiveyear growth rate of 3,635 percent, which put it fifth on the list of 50 companies. Pasadena, Calif.–based software company Overture Services Inc. was first on this year’s list.

C-Me is an international electronic trading–and–logistics company that matches retailers to global suppliers online and in person at the ASAP show. C-Me has helped retailers without letters of credit do business with overseas partners. The company has a stable of manufacturers and financial partners that facilitate this.

“We are pleased to receive such a prestigious honor,” Yuan said. “Finally, the world is recognizing our hard work over the last few years. We will try our best to continue this type of growth rate to achieve the return of investments to our shareholders.”

The Fast 50 Awards are presented in 19 U.S. regions to technology companies that have operating revenues of at least $1 million and have been in business for five years or more. Companies named to the list are eligible for nomination to Deloitte & Touche’s national Fast 500 list. —Robert McAllister
