Babystyle Opens Boutique in Santa Monica
About 150 guests—several expecting or with tyke in tow—attended the launch of Babystyle’s boutique in Santa Monica, Calif., on Dec. 3.
Babystyle founder and Chief Executive Officer Laurie McCartney said, “Montana Avenue is a great fit for the Babystyle brand and an ideal location to serve our Westside customers.”
In addition to its own label, the store carries maternitywear lines Bloom Love, Michael Star T-shirts, L’Attesa, Belly Basics and Chiarakruza. Best-selling silhouettes range from contemporary denim styles for moms-tobe to nursing tops and gowns.
The store also carries an array of baby apparel and accessories: newborn knits, diaper bags, burp rags, hooded towels, brag books, gift items and Bugaboo strollers. There are classic dish sets for infants and cloth-covered brag books for children.
Retail price points range from $10 to $600 for apparel and accessories.
