Urban Marvel
New York–based urban apparel company AST Sportswear has inked a deal with New York–based Marvel Enterprises Inc., owner of Marvel Comics and its stable of characters, including Spider-Man, Punisher, X-Men, Dr. Doom, Black Panther and Iron Man. AST, which manufactures Source Clothing and World Wrestling Entertainment apparel, plans to produce a line of licensed streetwear featuring the Marvel characters.
