Wet Seal's New COO
Retail chain The Wet Seal Inc. has promoted Executive Vice President Gary White to chief operating officer. White has been with the Foothill Ranch–based retailer for two years, starting as senior vice president of sales and operations for the company’s Wet Seal division. In his new job, White will oversee all field operations for the company’s Wet Seal and Arden B divisions, including construction and development, real estate, and purchasing. Before joining the teen retailer, White held executive positions with Savers Inc., Gymboree Corp., Mervyn’s Stores and Target Inc.
