Swimwear Retailer Sold
Orlando, Fla.–based Everything But Water, a 34- unit swimwear retailer with nine stores in California, has been acquired by investment group Bear Growth Capital Partners, a private equity division of Bear Stearns, a New York investment bank. As part of the terms, Rick Sarmiento will join the company as chairman and Ann Tucker will succeed Stacey Siegel, company founder and president, who is leaving to pursue other interests.
