P. Ka Bu Postponed
Los Angeles independent runway event P. Ka Bu has been postponed until next season, according to show organizer Jose Angel.
“I would much rather postpone than put on something that wouldn’t work,” he said.
Angel was planning a return to P. Ka Bu’s combined runway event/trunk show format after last season, when the event focused on one designer, Maggie Barry.
Next season, Angel plans to host a multidesigner P. Ka Bu runway series, as well as P. Ka Bu Trunk & Trade, a multi-line trunk show featuring fashion and lifestyle exhibitors.
P. Ka Bu launched four years ago and has featured designer lines such as Maggie Barry, Deborah Lindquist, Juuml;nker, Candice Held, Sharagano and Uriel Saenz.
