Archbold Leaves Saks
New York– based retailer Saks Inc. announced that Michael G. Archbold, executive vice president/chief financial and administrative officer of the company’s Saks Fifth Avenue division, will leave his position on April 13. He will not be replaced. Archbold has been with Saks since 2005 and had been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of Saks Inc. He was scheduled to assume the new position on May 4. Instead, he is taking an executive position with The Vitamin Shoppe.
