Old Navy Recall

Old Navy, the discount division of San Francisco retail giant Gap Inc., announced a recall of performance fleece–lined jackets style #507907 for boys due to a toggle on the jacket's waistband drawstring that could get caught in small spaces or doorways. No injuries have been reported, but the company is following guidelines issued by the Consumer Products Safety Commission, which forbids the use of drawstrings on jackets and sweat shirts that could get entangled and trap children. The Indonesia-made jackets were sold at Old Navy stores between August and November 2007.
