Nicole Miller, Karen Neuburger Get Web Makeovers

Los Angeles–based One-Stop Internet Inc. recently completed Web site redesigns for New York–based fashion brand Nicole Miller and San Rafael, Calif.–based sleepwear company Karen Neuburger.

Nicole Miller just relaunched its Web site at www.nicolemiller.com with new e-commerce capabilities and features that include zoom-in and viewing tools for more than 1,000 pieces of sportswear, swimwear, dresses and eveningwear. The site, which offers international shipping, will officially make Nicole Miller a global brand.

quot;It has always been my dream to offer the convenience of buying things online for those who may be pressed for time, live in an area where my clothes are not yet available or have developed a preference for online shopping,quot; Miller said, adding that she thought the site quot;has the spirit and feel of one of my boutiques.quot;

Miller said her goal for the site is to increase online traffic by 100 percent within six months. The company is supporting the launch with a promotional e-mail campaign as well as keyword promotions and product reviews. The company projects the online store will generate two times the sales of the top-performing bricks-and-mortar store, with up to 15 percent of orders coming from customers living outside of the United States.

Karen Neuburger’s site (www.karenneuburger.com) now features an upgraded e-commerce engine built by One-Stop as well as other improvements.

Company President Dustin Eber said navigation is more intuitive and user-friendly, featuring streamlined browsing and checkout functions. Shoppers can now use a tool called RealZoom to get close-up views of fabrics and details. The company recently expanded into readyto-wear.

Customers can now provide reviews of products for other shoppers. One-Stop also installed a quot;HackerSafequot; security tool from ScanAlert for added protection from identity thieves.

quot;KN customers will immediately recognize and appreciate the many upgrades made throughout the site as they browse, check out and track their product shipments,quot; Eber said.

The company recently hired Kari Zanotto as director of customer experience and online services to help manage the company’s further e-commerce efforts.
