Eddie Bauer Sale to Proceed
Redmond, Wash.–based Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. announced that the required Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period had expired without request for additional information regarding the sale of Eddie Bauer to Golden Gate Capital and an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners. The deal, first announced last November, is expected to close early this year.
