JA Opens DC
The New York–based JA Apparel Corp. opened a new distribution center at its factory in New Bedford, Mass., which manufactures tailored jackets and apparel under the Joseph Abboud brand. The New Bedford factory can produce up to 1,200 suit jackets and 950 pairs of trousers daily, according to JA Apparel, which has nearly 600 employees.
