Pop-Up Retail
Anchor Blue is experimenting with a new retail concept called La La Land. The chain, based in Ontario, is opening a pop-up store on Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade on Nov. 17, stocking affordable but trendy clothes. The store, which will remain open through March 2008, will have young women’s and men’s ready-to-wear apparel capturing the latest looks of Los Angeles clubs. The store will feel more like a lounge with a loft than a retail center.
