New Sareen at Tukatech
Los Angeles–based technology provider Tukatech Inc. has named Raj Sareen as director. Sareen, son of company founder Ram Sareen, is responsible for product development and worldwide sales.
Sareen has a master’s degree in physics from San Francisco State University and a bachelor’s of science degree in space sciences from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).
Most recently, he has been a graduate teaching assistant at SFSU and a researcher at the California and Carnegie Planet Search, where he worked with astronomers in the areas of data analysis, modeling and observation of extra-solar planets.
“Tukatech’s e-fit Simulator [virtual fitting system] is built upon powerful 3-D engines that require a strong background in physics for continuing development. Raj joins a team of our scientists and engineers already on staff simplifying the use of our systems,” said Iva Sareen, president of Tuka Group. —R.M.
