Audigier's Sweet Dream Team
Los Angeles–based lifestyle brand Christian Audigier has added another musician to its lineup. Company owner and namesake Christian Audigier has partnered with musician and producer Dave Stewart, one-half of the ’80s pop duo the Eurythmics, to co-design and produce a luxury meets rock ’n’ roll–themed collection called Rock Fabulous. The collection, set to bow for Fall 2009, will include men’s and women’s embellished T-shirts, hoodies, hats and track jackets, as well as some “premium couture” pieces. Styles will be distressed and hand-printed, and details include metallic foil art, hand-set crystals and accent hand-stitching. Future plans for the brand run the gamut from perfume to motorcycles.
