True Religion has gotten an extension from Nasdaq to file its annual report by no later than April 30 because it is re-examining its accounting books. Last year, the Los Angeles–based blue-jeans maker announced it would restate its previous financial statements for fiscal years 2005 and 2006 and for the quarters ending March 31, 2007, and June 30, 2007, due to certain accounting errors. At the same time, the company said it will review its historical equity-granting practices.
