Duo Charged

Two former employees of ENK International, the Manhattan company that organizes fashion trade shows, have been charged with stealing trade secrets and computer hacking. The complaint, filed Oct. 27 in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, charged Jeffrey White of Brooklyn and Morgan Gantt of Jersey City, N.J., with raiding the company’s computers and stealing confidential business information about retail buyers and trade-show guests. Gantt worked as a project coordinator until August, and White was an assistant show coordinator. ENK organizes the Brighte Cos. show twice a year at the California Market Center in Los Angeles and Fashion Coterie and the Intermezzo Collections in New York.
