Dubiner in at Warnaco
The Warnaco Group Inc. named Jay Dubiner senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the New York–based company, which produces intimate apparel, menswear, jeanswear, swimwear, men’s and women’s sportswear, and accessories under several owned and licensed brands including Warner’s, Olga, Body Nancy Ganz, Speedo, Chaps and Calvin Klein.
