Truck Timeout
A federal court has delayed restrictions on truck parking that were to have gone into effect April 1 around the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach. U.S. District Court Judge Christina Snyder agreed to a request by the American Trucking Associations to delay implementation of the parking restrictions until Oct. 1. Meanwhile, Snyder scheduled oral arguments for April 27 on issues surrounding a preliminary injunction blocking parts of the Clean Trucks Program, which is now in effect at the ports.
