Montreal-based online shopping club Beyond the Rack inked a deal with another online private sale operator, TheTopSecret.com, to merge. The deal gives TheTopSecret.com members instant access to Beyond the Rack’s exclusive deals on designer-brand fashions, accessories, home decor, beauty, consumer electronics and travel destinations. Beyond the Rack launched in 2008 and has grown to more than 2.5 million members in the United States and Canada.
