New CIT Board
CIT Group, one of the biggest factors for the apparel industry, has named three new members to its board of directors. Gerald Rosenfeld, Anthony Terracciano and Laura Unger have been appointed to the company’s board of directors. The appointments follow the resignation of board members Christopher Shays and Lois Van Deusen. The board now has 13 directors, including seven new independent directors appointed since CIT emerged from bankruptcy late last year.
