Radici Revamps RadElast Website

RadiciGroup, the Italian manufacturing giant, introduced a new website to highlight RadElast, its branded spandex fiber.

Visitors to the newly redesigned site can access information about RadElast and other Radici products, as well as company news and events.

“Establishing strong brand visibility for the RadElast product line is part of one of our plans for restructuring and consolidating our Group’s presence in the United States,” said Danilo Micheletti, RadiciGroup’s chief operating officer for North America. “The U.S. market is showing positive signs of recovery, and, at the same time, its structure is changing, perhaps becoming more attractive for us than ever before, both in the synthetic fibers and the plastics-business areas.”

Radici established its spandex division, RadiciSpandex, in 2001. In 2008, the company introduced the RadElast brand name for its performance stretch fibers. RadElast fibers are used by makers of ready-to-wear, sportswear, intimate apparel, hosiery and swimwear. In addition, the fibers are used in other industries, turning up in home furnishings and medical and industrial applications.

“RadElast characteristics meet the strictest technical and performance specifications in terms of duration, quality and resistance, making these fibers ideal for any stretch or elastic application,” said Kim Hall, RadiciSpandex’s marketing manager. “The products section of the new site makes available all the information needed to give the user the most complete overview possible of what RadiciGroup has to offer.”
