More Changes at Guess
Alice T. Kane resigned from the Guess board, citing a “potential differing interest between [Guess and her employer, Zurich Financial Services] that is unrelated to her service as a board member or her current employment,” according to the company. Kane is general counsel of North America for Zurich Financial. Gianluca Bolla was named to replace Kane on the board. Bolla has held several executive positions at Italian food giant Barilla Holding S.p.A.
