Columbia Expanding to Canada, Europe
Portland, Ore.–based Columbia Sportswear Co. is expanding its e-commerce business to Canada and up to eight markets in Europe this fall. Plans call for new e-commerce sites for its Columbia and Sorel brands for customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Spain.
The company has been operating U.S. e-commerce sites for the Columbia and Sorel brands since 2009.
