IntelliSkin Apparel Designed With Posture in Mind
Newport Beach, Calif.–based IntelliSkin was created by a sports physician to help athletes improve posture while training or in recovery after injury.
The 2011 Foundation 2.0 and Eve 2.0 styles for men and women feature improved comfort and flexibility, as well as sports mesh for better breathability. IntelliSkin styles also feature anti-microbial and moisture-wicking properties, as well as flat-lock stitching for improved comfort.
Sports physician Tim Brown developed IntelliSkin based on his work with volleyball players, surfers and other athletes. The company recently concluded a two-year study with the University of California, Irvine on IntelliSkin’s impact on typical sports injuries. The study found that athletes who wore IntelliSkin shirts showed no incidence of shoulder and elbow injuries.
