Saks to Open in Kazakhstan
New York–based upscale retailer Saks Inc. will open a licensed Saks Fifth Avenue store in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 2012. Viled Fashion LLP will open the three-story, 91,000-square-foot store, which will anchor the new Esentai Shopping Mall, located in Almaty’s Esentai Park, a mixed-use luxury retail and residential center.
