We Are Handsome Bewitches Miami
It seems you just can't escape the ubiquitous presence of tween pop culture phenoms Harry Potter and Twilight -- even during MOD Swim Week in Miami. While fickle film fans continue to battle it out over Edward Cullen and that other guy with the abs, the runway at Aussie brand We Are Handsome's recent show on July 17 had fashionistas bewitched by two other familiar icons -- a Potter-like owl and a Twilight-esque wolf.
We don't know if dynamic duo Indhra Chagoury and Jeremy Somers' designs were influenced by pop culture, but the stellar swim wear collection featuring large animal graphics and animal prints sure caused a frenzy of excitement that rivaled any Harry Potter and Twilight red carpet moment.
