Levi's Water Works

San Francisco– based denim giant Levi Strauss & Co. has got water on the brain with its recently launched Waterlt;Less collection, which uses less water during finishing than conventional denim does. Levi’s partnered with nonprofit Water.org to raise awareness about water conservation and the global importance of providing people with clean water. In recognition of World Water Day, March 22, Levi’s kicked off an interactive Facebook game called “Water Tank,” which was created to help inspire consumers to save water and support Water.org’s clean-water projects. In addition, Levi’s is donating $250,000 to Water.org to support the group’s sustainable water programs.
