Hi Everyone!

FINALE! YEAH!

Last night’s finale of “Dancing With the Stars” started with a big dance number featuring all of the castoff celebrities and their pro partners. They filled this show with a lot of extra unnecessary fluff, but what can you say, fluff sells.

Next was a performance by hit country group Lady Antebellum singing “Dancing Away With My Heart.” They returned later to sing their hit song “Need You Now.”

The remaining stars had one more dance to perform to add extra points to their total. The celebrities were told they could pick their favorite dance performed earlier in the season.

Rob and Cheryl picked their Fox Trot. It went real well, except he had a little slipup on the floor. But it didn’t hurt him that much.

Ricki and Derek revisited that dramatic, sinister but beautiful Psycho Tango. They danced it without a hitch. You could see how much Ricki has changed since the first time they danced the Tango. “Dancing With The Stars,” the new weight-loss regimen, ladies.

J.R. and Karina danced their exciting Jive, which, of course, was just great. But they left out a couple of moves that judge Carrie Ann considered a lift when they first performed it.

Then the castoff celebrities returned to perform again—some performed a dance they did before and others performed a brand new production.

Chaz and Lacey danced with her father Buddy Schwimmer in a very interesting and kind of funny number. Her father can really move.

David and Kym did a fantastic tribute number to “Grease” with the troupe dancers.

Of course, we can’t leave out our favorite (excuse me, their favorite) over-the-top, camp du jour castoff Carson Kressley. Carson and Anna returned with a big production dance performance to the Madonna song “Vogue.” He even got to fulfill his fantasy of dancing with one of the Chmerkovskiy brothers. Actually, it was so over-the-top camp it almost stole the show. But it also reinforced why he was eliminated.

Finally, it was elimination time. First, they made the announcement that Ricki and Derek came in 3rd place. This is something that was just unfathomable.

The remaining couples--J.R. and Karina and Rob and Cheryl—had to dance one more time. They were given the instant Samba to perform at the last minute. The dances went well as expected.

When it came time to pick the winner of the disco mirror ball trophy for the 13th season "of “Dancing With the Stars”… ANTICIPATION! ANTICIPATION!

THE WINNER IS….J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff. (As if there should have been any other).

This is Karina’s first win in her 12 seasons performing on the show. Good for her. Yeah!

"I"t’s been a THRILL!

Well, I hope to see you all next season. "Until then, keep on dancing!
