Sue Wong Kicks Off Spring in 3D
Sue Wong will host a fashion show on Sept 21 at The Congo Room at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles as part of the 3D Film Festival, being held Sept. 20-22 at LA Live.
The designer will present her Spring ’13 collection, titled “Spring Transcendent.” The event is co-sponsored by “Fashion and Culture in Los Angeles,” a documentary by Catherine Bauknight and Lee Ann Vasquez.
Dubbed “North America’s most preeminent 3D festival,” the 3D Film Festival features studio films and indies during its three-day run, including 3D concert films, horror and family fare. There’s also a “3D nightclub” called 3opolis. salute to B-movie icon Roger Corman, which includes a screening of “Attack of the 50-ft Cheerleader.”
