AGENDA WMNS celebrated the official launch party at Space 15 Twenty last Friday, June 21 with a packed crowd. Unlike customary street wear parties, this one was dedicated specifically to the women in the industry. The urban inspired and sports wear trade show welcomed women to the forefront with Agenda’s women division, headed by Vanessa Chiu, former Insight marketing and pr manager.

Chiu said, "It is about time our industry celebrates a woman's market. This [event] is a teaser to the AGENDA WMNS show in Long Beach. The New York and Vegas shows are probably going to be more men's focused."

The party was hosted by Jayne Min of the ever so addicting blog, Stop it Right Now and organized by the witty and equally talented Yasi & Jane of Cultist Zine. Silke Labson of the brand, Shown to Scale was selling her threads, a sneak peak to what will be showcased at WMNS. Collen Greene sang some tunes, while photographer Tommy B captured the night’s musings, and Jen Clavin of the girl band Bleached provided a special DJ set.

This year, AGENDA WMNS will be featuring over 20 diverse women’s lifestyle and fashion brands.
