Check Out Who Will Be Showing at Orange County Fashion Week

Orange County Fashion Week, which starts next week, has beefed up its schedule this year. Instead of three days of fashion, there will be five days of style at various venues around the county.

The first day will be March 3, when eight designers will showcase their fashion and fashion-related creations at seven-degrees, an event center in rustic Laguna Canyon in Laguna Beach. The evening, dubbed Sugar Rush, the Sweet Splendor of Style, will feature resortwear and jewelry.

Some of the designers who will be front and center include Kirsten and Kim Shaw, whose label is Kika Paprika, Tim Gorgol, whose line is Indie Soul, and Anthony Ferraro, whose clothing is under the Swav Apparel brand.

On March 4, the show moves over to the Lyon Air Museum, near John Wayne Airport, where the theme of the evening is Hautech Menswear. Neel Grover, the chief executive of BlueFly.com, will host the evening of menswear, streetwear and sportswear.

March 5 sees the event head over to Chapman University in Orange to take a look at the designers of the future. And March 6 will be all about the Avant-Garde House of Style, taking place at the AnQi by Crustacean restaurant near South Coast Plaza.

Orange County Fashion Week wraps up on March 8 with couture collections shown at the Dawson Cole Fine Art Gallery in Laguna Beach.
