For the launch of Made LA, Moschino designer Jeremy Scott showcased the Moschino Spring menswear and Resort womenswear collections on the runway at LA Live on June 10. It was a long-awaited return to the city for the Los Angeles–based designer, who typically shows Moschino in Milan and London and his eponymous collection in New York.

Scott’s vision for Moschino is “LA pop gothic,” featuring a psychedelic palette of fluorescent colors, bright pop-art floral appliqués, candy-colored crochet, tie-dye and animal prints. Scott mixed patterns with a deft hand in pieces that were meticulously tailored.

Made LA, organized by New York’s Made Fashion Week with support from WME | IMG, bowed with a two-day lineup on the event deck at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles and included runway shows, musical performances and a fashion bazaar called The Stores at Made LA. Other runway presentations included the Golf Wang 2016 collection by Tyler, The Creator.
