G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. has agreed to acquire the remaining 81 percent stake in Karl Lagerfeld for $210 million in cash. Karl Lagerfeld will be added to G-III's portfolio of over 30 licensed and proprietary brands that includes DKNY, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Karl Lagerfeld Paris.
