    COAST FROM MALIBU TO THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS...

    GUSTY EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS AND VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR
    THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY AND CUYAMA VALLEYS AND THE SAN LUIS
    OBISPO COUNTY MOUNTAINS...
    .Gusty Santa Ana winds will continue through late Tuesday
    morning across portions of Southwest California. These offshore
    winds will bring continued drying to the region, with widespread
    humidities in the single digits and teens today...and poor
    humidity recoveries tonight through Tuesday morning. Onshore flow
    is expected to develop Tuesday afternoon...with rising humidities
    late in the day for the coast and some valleys. Very dry
    conditions will continue away from the coast.
    The combination of moderate Santa Ana winds, very low humidities,
    warm temperatures, and very dry fuels will bring continued widespread
    critical fire weather conditions to the region, especially Los
    Angeles and Ventura Counties. During this time there is an
    increased risk for fire ignitions and large fire growth, including
    rapid fire spread and long range spotting.

    * Winds...Southeast 15 to 25 mph.
    * Relative Humidity...Minimum values 5 to 12 percent.
    * Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, there will be the potential
    for rapid spread of wildfire and extreme fire behavior that
    would lead to a threat to life and property.
