* EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY DOWNPOURS MAY CAUSE RAPID FILLING
AND OVERFLOWING OF NORMALLY DRY WASHES...CREEKS...SMALL
STREAMS...AND LOW LYING AREAS.
* IN ADDITION THERE IS A THREAT OF ROCK AND MUD SLIDES BELOW STEEP
TERRAIN IN THE MOUNTAINS AND RECENTLY BURNED AREAS.
