Northeastern Los Angeles County in southwestern California...
* Until 615 PM PDT.
* At 315 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The storms were nearly
stationary, with radar indicated rain rates over one inch per hour
east and southeast of Lake Los Angeles. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly, and is expected to continue through 6:30 PM PDT.
