* At 424 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain moving toward the burn scar of the Slinkard Fire. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly if the rainfall intensity
remains the same or increases.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Topaz Lake and Junction U.S 395 And CA 89.
Excessive rainfall over the Slinkard burn scar will result in debris
flow moving toward Highway 395. The debris flow can consist of rock,
mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
