TUESDAY MORNING...
* TEMPERATURE...Overnight temperatures will plummet to 12 to 20
degrees in most valley locations late tonight into early Tuesday
morning.
* WINDS...Winds will be generally light between Bishop and Owens
Lake early Tuesday morning.
* Impacts...Frigid temperatures can cause pipes to burst, people
and pets to suffer from frost bite hypothermia, and can kill
sensitive plants.
