Joaquin Valley Thursday morning. Lower to middle 20s across
the entire San Joaquin Valley by Friday morning.
* TIMING...Temperatures are expected to drop below freezing by
late this evening, then fall just below 28 degrees after 3 am
PST Thursday morning. They should remain below 28 degrees
through about 9 am PST Thursday, then be below 28 degrees again
between 1 am and 8 am PST Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures can cause damage to pipes and
can kill plants that are sensitive to cold. Please check on
the elderly and make sure your animals have a warm shelter.
