...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THURSDAY...
* Temperature: Highs 100 to 110 in valley locations. Overnight
lows mainly in the 60s except for low to mid 70s in the highly
urbanized areas of Reno-Sparks, near Pyramid Lake, and in the
Hawthorne area.
* Impacts: High temperatures this week will bring an increased
risk for heat-related illnesses, especially for those who are
heat sensitive and those without effective cooling and/or
adequate hydration.
