    SACRAMENTO VALLEY...NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AND DELTA THIS
    MORNING. AREAS OF THIS FOG HAVE BECOME DENSE. VERY POOR VISIBILITY
    HAS BEEN REPORTED MANY AREAS IN THE SACRAMENTO REGION EARLY THIS
    MORNING AS WELL AS THE LINCOLN AREA AND DELTA. PATCHY DENSE FOG IS
    LIKELY ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY AS WELL.
    MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND BE PREPARED
    TO SLOW DOWN WHEN VISIBILITY DROPS.
