Walmart Reopens in Japan
Walmart Stores Inc. plans to reopen 12 of its stores in Japan, according to a Reuters report. The stores operate under the Seiyu nameplate. Walmart operates 371 stores in Japan, including 24 stores that were forced to close after the March 11 earthquake. The company hopes to have the rest open soon.
