Jedidiah's Heal the Heartland T

San Diego’s Jedidiah Clothing label calls itself a company working for “the greater good,” and doing good has kept it very busy lately.

When a tsunami and earthquake devastated northeastern Japan in March, the label designed T-shirts with design company Bulldog Drummond to raise funds for Japan disaster relief. These shirts were sold at Nordstrom and other retailers, Jedidiah raised more than $40,000 with sales, according to a company statement.

In April, floods and tornadoes wreaked havoc in areas of Midwestern and Southern states. On June 10, the company debuted its Heal the Heartland T-shirts to raise funds for disaster relief for those areas. The shirts are sold on Jedidiah’s website and locations for The Buckle which is based in Nebraska.

On JedidiahUSA.com, the Heal the Heartland T-shirts will be sold for $20, and $15 will be donated for the American Red Cross. At Buckle, the shirts will be retailed for $24 and $5 will be donated.

During typical times, Jedidiah partners with a new non-profit every two seasons. It has raised funds for non-profits World Visionand Stand Up for Kids.
