New Levi's Shop

Aug. 1 was the official opening day for Levi Strauss & Co.’s new 7,000-square-foot store at 815 Market St. in San Francisco. Levi’s moved its shop from Union Square to the corner of Market and Fourth streets, and the new store will offer a shop-in-shop for Levi’s exclusive Made & Crafted line as well as another boutique for Levi’s Vintage Clothing. It also will feature a Tailor Shop, where Levi’s clothes will be altered and customized. Some design elements in the shop use reclaimed wood from San Francisco piers and California barns. Work from Bay Area artists will be sold at the new shop in the store’s “Makers” programs.
