Streetwear Brand Brotherhood to DTLA

A handful of prominent, high-end streetwear shops, such as Bodega and RSVP Gallery, opened in downtown Los Angeles earlier this year, it looks like the enclave continues to hold an allure for the style inspired by hip hop and skateboarding.

Streetwear brand Brotherhood is scheduled to open July 23 a 570-square-foot space at 1325 Palmetto St, which is at the east edge of downtown’s Arts District. Brotherhood’s immediate neighborhood is burgeoning with possibilities. An exclusive Soho House club has been long slated to move to the area. Digital music service Spotify is scheduled to open offices in the area.

Brotherhood will sell its basics bearing its graffiti-like “Brotherhood” logo. Prices range from $18 for socks to $150 for hoodies and sweat pants.
