Kohl's First to Build on Norton Air Force Base
Kohl’s will be the first to build on the former Norton Air Force Base site in San Bernardino. The Menomonee Falls, Wisc.-based discount retailer plans to build a 651,880-square-foot warehouse on the property, now known as the San Bernardino International Airport and World Trade Center, which was purchased by the city in 1994.
