A committee of Warnaco’s unsecured creditors has been formed in the company’s bankruptcy case, including New York-based Milliken & Co.; Gordonsville, Calif.-based Liberty Fabrics; New York-based Galey & Lord; Glendale, Calif.-based Systech Solutions; Washington, D.C.-based Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.; New York-based Bank of New York Corporate Trust Administration; Timonium, Md.-based United Parcel Service; Hickory, N.C.-based Elastic Corp of America and Alton, R.I.-based Charbert NFA Corp.
